Energy Exchange

Join team Shiva Shakti!

The Energy Exchange is a work-trade program designed to make our classes more accessible. It’s also a great way to commit to a consistent practice and to get more involved in the community. We ask that all Energy Exchange applicants have previously taken classes at Shiva Shakti. If you are brand new, we recommend starting with the intro deal so you can get a feel for the studio.

We have two different options for getting on board:

Floor team:
The floor team members take care of after class duties, like mopping the floor, washing blocks, and generally getting the studio ready for the next class.

Desk team:
The desk team members take care of pre-class setup, such as turning on the heat and signing people in. Floor team experience is required before joining the desk team.
