Yoga for Runners

Harness the power of Baptiste Yoga to recover from the stresses and strains created by the repetitive linear motion of running and to prepare yourself for your next big run. In this workshop with Matt Shamey, using Baptiste Methodology, you will train your body into neutral alignment in relationship with gravity. You will cultivate the skills to balance effort and ease, increase range of motion and connect your breath to movement, so you’ll get more out of what you put into your daily run.
