Intro special: If it's your first time at the studio, you can take unlimited classes for your first week for only $20

Drop-in: $15; Full-time students: $12 with valid student ID; Community class: $8

10-class card: $130; Full-time students: $110 with valid student ID.
Expires 3 months from date of purchase.

Monthly Unlimited: $140; Full-time students: $120 with valid student ID. Expires one month from date of purchase. Please note: we do not extend month passes except in the case of injury or illness.

We offer private instruction for individuals and groups.

Gift certificates are available for purchase at the studio. If you do not live in the area, please contact us for more info.

Studio etiquette:

1) Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and set up. If you are running late, please keep in mind we will not be available to let you in after class begins.

2) Please plan to stay for the entire class.

3) No cell phones or shoes in the studio.

Class descriptions:

All Levels: A 75- or 90-minute sequence of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to temperatures in the mid 90s, allowing for greater detoxification, pliable muscles, and a good sweat. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to modify and intensify poses.

Basics: We turn the thermostat down slightly and take time to build a rock solid foundation for a successful yoga practice. This class is not to be missed, whether you are brand new, or a seasoned yoga practitioner.

Hour of Power: Our All Levels class in a 60 minute format.

Intermediate: This 90-minute class is a more challenging presentation of the Baptiste Power Yoga Sequence. Be prepared to sweat and have fun! We recommend that participants have taken at least 10 classes at Shiva Shakti.

Community Class: We offer this class to make yoga more accessible to the community. Taught by qualified newer teachers, it follows the same format as our
75-minute All Levels class. Cost is $8.

Winter Weather Policy: If we cancel class due to weather, we will post it on facebook and also leave an outgoing message on voicemail one hour before class.
