First Timer Checklist

Welcome! Here’s everything you need for class:

Be sure to sign up for the 30 days for $40 intro deal, available for purchase at the studio your first time only.

  • Yoga mat. It’s best to bring your own mat if you have one, but if you don’t, you can rent one for $3. We also have mats for sale at the studio.

  • Towel to cover your mat. We recommend a microfiber towel that covers your whole mat to keep you from slipping when you start sweating. We rent yoga towels for $3, and also have a variety of choices for sale at the studio.

  • Water. We recommend bringing a full 32 oz (or bigger) bottle of water. Water is also available for sale.

  • Clothes you can sweat in. Light, sweat wicking clothes work best. Cotton tends to hold the sweat and get heavy. Avoid baggy t-shirts that get in the way or fall over your head when you fold forward.

  • Dry clothes to change into after class. Also you may want to bring a plastic bag to put your sweaty clothes in.

  • Cash or check to pay for class. We do not accept credit cards, Venmo, or Applepay.

Please note: We ask that you take off any noisy jewelry, such as bangles and bells. Also no phones are allowed in the practice space. Thanks for your cooperation!
